P22 Regular upholstery foam (Open Cell Foam)
Used for very light duty. P22 is 1.0 density and 30 lb. compression/ILD.
P22 is available in both white and charcoal colors. Please specify White
or Charcoal when ordering. If you do not specify the color you are ordering
we will ship white, as it is the most widely used. The
charcoal is actually more of a medium grey in color.

P40 Hard Upholstery Foam (Open Cell Foam)
P40 is a firm upholsetery
foam, nicknamed boat foam because of it's firmness. However, it
is not mildew resistant. For a mildew resistant foam please see the

compression/ILD.

Note:
The Dimensional Shipping Weight is not the actual weight of the product,
but a combination of the product's actual weight and dimensional size.
The transportation carriers have gone to this dimensional weight formula
for computing shipping weight, especially on bulky products. We do
vacuum most foam products down to as small as possible, without damaging
the product, but it will still fall under this formula.
Example: The product's actual weight may be 5 lb., but because of the product's dimensional size, it may ship at 7 lb.
