Polyfoam is great for back and seat cushions, boating, and many other upholstery uses.  It can be used indoors or outdoors because of its quick-drying properties. It comes in a variety of sizes, densities, and characteristics. If you need new upholstery foam for cushions, we will cut to your measurements and if you like, add a Dacron wrap and ship to you. We also offer foam by the sheet, if you prefer. See our specs and prices below.

P10 (Super Soft) Excellent for back cushions. P10 is 1.0 density and 10 compression/ILD.
P22 (called regular poly in the trade) This is the most economical upholstery foam. For seat or back cushions, it should be used in light service situations. You can use this for padding frames if you like to use foam for that. P22 is 1.0 density and 30 compression/ILD.
P40 (Boat Foam) Used in boat upholstery or in places where you need very firm seating. This foam is considered to be hard. For a mildew resistant foam please see the P65 MR, Evidri, or Drifast listings below. P40 is 1.4 density and 40 compression/ILD.

P36 Excellent for all seating purposes. P36 is 1.5 density and 3.6 compression/ILD.

P230/P240 Seating Foam. These foams are the absolute best in seating foams. P230 is 2.1 density and 34 compression/ILD medium firm. P240 is 2.1 density and 48 compression/ILD firm.  Both P230 and P240 are blue in color.

P65 MR (Mildew Resistant Boat Foam) This is a very firm mildew resistant boat foam. P65 MR is 1.5 density and 48 compression/ILD.

MLC Closed Cell Floatation Foam (Tan Color). Medium firm, closed cell foam excellent for seating purposes. 4.0 density and 25 compression/ILD. 56" wide roll special cut by the linear foot. Note: a 1' order would be 1' up the roll and 56" wide.

Evidri Mildew Resistant Outdoor Foam This is a medium soft outdoor polyfoam, water passes right through for quick drying. This foam can be used for seats and backs. Typical uses would be outdoor patio furniture, boat upholstery, or any application you need quick drying to occur. Evidri is 1.3 density and 23 compression/ILD.

Drifast Mildew Resistant Outdoor Foam This is a very firm outdoor foam, water passes right through for quick drying. This foam is best for seating where you need firmness. Great for boat seats, cushions, and outdoor furniture where you need quick drying. Drifast is 2.0 density and 55 compression/ILD.

P34SE Fire retardent medium firm seating or back foam. P34SE is 1.2 density and 34 compression/ILD. This foam is light grey in color.

HR 55 Excellent High Resiliency Fire Retardent Firm Seating Foam. HR55 is 2.8 density and 55 compression/ILD. This foam is light grey in color.
