Rebond Foam
Very firm open cell polyfoam. Rebond foam is shredded and then glued together to form one solid piece of foam. Rebond foam is used in applications where there is a need for very firm foam. Rebond Foam is rated at 7.0 density and 125 compression/ILD.

P55 Channel Foam (Open Cell Foam)
Open cell polyfoam. Channel foam is used for roll and pleating or top seaming channels. P55 Channeling Foam is rated at 3.3 density and 70 compression/ILD. 54" wide, channels run up the roll, shipping weight on P55 Channel Foam is 3 lb. per yard.

P55 Channel Foam is 1/2" thick and is available in 2", 3", and 4" wide channels. Please specify the channel width you are ordering.

P55 Channel Foam is $43.99 per yard (Min. order 1 yd.) A one yard order is 36" up the roll and 54" wide. Dimensional shipping weight (see note) 5 lb./yard.

Quick Quilt Foam
Open cell polyfoam. If you like to make your own pleating, and do not want to use the more expensive P55 Channel Foam, Quick Quilt is a great way to go. Quick Quilt is available in 1/4" and 1/2" foam with fabric scrim on the back so it will hold a stitch when sewing. You can roll and pleat, top seam channels, or quilt if you like. Both are available in 56" width. (1 yd. order is 36" up the roll by 56" wide.) 1 yd. order required for each cut.

These are not channeled, it is flat foam with a fabric scrim on the back.

Note:
The Dimensional Shipping Weight is not the actual weight of the product, but a combination of the product's actual weight and dimensional size. The transportation carriers have gone to this dimensional weight formula for computing shipping weight, especially on bulky products. We do vacuum most foam products down to as small as possible, without damaging the product, but it will still fall under this formula.

Example: The product's actual weight may be 5 lb., but because of the product's dimensional size, it may ship at 7 lb.
